SEPTEMBER UPDATE
We are looking forward to the first week of school. We know that all of the students will settle in to the routine and have a lot of fun. We will still have a few that have a little difficulty coming in each morning but we will make the transition as easy as possible. Please make sure that all of your paperwork is turned in by or at meet the teacher night so that we make sure that we have all of pertinent information on your child. PROCARE MESSAGING
There is a way for you to send a message directly to the office for the director through Procare. Under messages there is a spot that says Office Chat and this is only for the director to see. The other message is staff chat and that is where you can message your teacher directly and only she, her assistant and the director can read.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP
Each morning we open the doors at 8:50 and at 12:00 pick up we open the doors at 11:50. The 1:00 pick up the doors open at 12:50. If you are walking up to the door please make sure that you have your car tag with you or if there is someone new picking up please make sure that they have identification with them. If you are in the car line please make sure that your car tag is visible. In regards to the pick up line for 4's we appreciate your patience as the first couple of weeks may take a little longer. Once the students get used to the pick up line it will take less time. If you have a sibling who is in a younger classroom and they have a sibling in 4's they also come through the car line. If you are in the pick up line and have multiple children to put in car seats you may pull around to the side and put them in.
Just a reminder, if your child is staying for lunch bunch and does not have a sibling they will be picked up downstairs. If your child has a sibling in another 9-1 class they will be picked up in the car line with them.
PICTURE DAY
Picture day is Tuesday, October 20 for all Tuesday/Thursday classes and Mrs. Painter's Monday - Friday class and Wednesday, October 21 for all Monday/Wednesday/Friday classes and Mrs. Michel's Monday through Friday class. Forms will be sent home a few weeks prior to the event.
IMMUNIZATION FORMS
Immunization forms are required to be on file by the state. Please send in your child's immunization form as soon as possible to complete their file. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the office.
TUITION
The tuition for October will not be sent out until October 1 and they will be sent through Procare.
